Goals of the project: Direct-Response Email Creatives: SortJoy E-commerce Growth. For SortJoy, I developed a series of high-performance email campaigns designed to drive repeat purchases and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). Moving beyond basic design, I structured these assets using direct-response principles—focusing on clear visual hierarchy, "above-the-fold" CTAs, and mobile-optimized layouts. By aligning product storytelling with performance goals, these creatives served as a key driver in the brand's retention funnel, turning one-time buyers into loyal advocates.
